I am a mobile personal trainer and train people at a variety of locations whether it be from your living room, garden, place of work or by using the local environment.For those that have limited space at home but still want to train inside I have the use of Bitteswell village. Just think no more testosterone filled gyms or queing for equipment.
Your first one to one session will be an initial consultation. This will include a discussion about medical health, current lifestyle, goal setting and some fitness assessments including heart rate and posture analysis but no real exercise takes place at this stage.
From this I will be able to devise an appropriate and agreed training plan specifically for you based on your lifestyle and current fitness levels. I use a range of advanced training techniques for resistance and cardiovascular fitness at a time and place to suit you. This can be at you home, work, Bitteswell village hall or at the park. I am also able to offer dietary advice to compliment the personal training package. Over time I will monitor your progress and develop your plan accordingly.
All the sessions are varied to keep it interesting. I use a variety of equipment that I can bring to your home including kettlebells, dumbells, TRX Suspension Trainer, Power Bags, Reebok Step, stability balls, medicine balls, Gymsticks and so much more.
Between sessions I will also be available for help and advice via phone or email to ensure that you receiving the correct support that you need with your training. I also provide training plans for between sessions to keep you on track with your goals.

This is suitable for any level of fitness to get you ready for your race from 5k to ultra marathon. The first step is a consultation where we will go through your current fitness level, goals and any potential barriers.

6 Week intensive block
6 week intensive block
5 sessions per week for 6 weeks, with dietary advice and
full telephone support.
If you want to give your weight loss and/or fitness a kick start why
not sign up to a six week intensive block. As always the first step is to sit
down and have a chat about your goals and how best to train you based on your
circumstances. We will also discuss your diet at this stage.
We will then begin your personal training sessions. Along
with the personal training sessions you will have full support by telephone or
text regarding your progress, diet and any questions that you have along the
way. The only thing I ask is your full commitment to the campaign.
